Join me for a transformative 5-class workshop designed to harness the power of breath to calm the mind and body. Each week, I will introduce a new breathing technique, we will practice it together and integrate it into our yoga routine.

Week 1: Introduction to Pranayama. We’ll explore the basics of breath control and its significance in a yoga practice and mental health.
Week 2: Practicing Ujjayi breath, also known as “ocean breath,” to increase focus and endurance during yoga.
Week 3: Learning Nadi Shodhana, or “alternate nostril breathing,” to balance the nervous system and promote mental clarity.
Week 4: Introduction to Yogic 3-Part Breath. We’ll explore how this comprehensive breathing technique can enhance relaxation and body awareness.
Week 5: Mastering Bhramari, or “bee breath,” to soothe the mind and reduce anxiety with its calming vibrations.
